Consultation

​

It all starts with a walk-through consultation, whether the home is occupied or vacant this where we will come into your property take photos and gather information about the home, which will be followed by a thorough consultation report sent to you outlining all recommendations to help your home get ready to hit the market.

Pre-Stage

​

Once you review the consultation report we will send you a staging estimate to let you know which items will be brought into the home, along with the price. In the meantime it is up to you to get the property ready to get staged by following the consultation report, de-cluttering, removing suggested items. If you require any assistance on getting the home ready we can arrange for a third-party company to come in and help with all the heavy stuff.
